There are mainly two kinds of heat treatment process on the spring manufacturing process at present, one is to quenching technology, another is the volume of direct heat quenching process. Reheating quenching process refers to the spring steel is heated roll forming air cooling to room temperature, then re heated to a heat treatment process of austenitizing temperature quenching. The quenching process is a spring steel heating rolled into spring, using a heat treatment process of the waste heat of direct quenching.
